Brief Intro
Jason Milton is a charismatic sales leader who globally earned the reputation of a quick turnaround expert by spearheading some of the world’s fastest-growing projects that include the American record for the fastest-selling condos – Flamingo at Miami, and Forbes Fastest growing company on the planet for the year 2017 – Damac, Dubai.


Early Career
Before turning to sales, Jason was an ultra-successful fashion model working with the legendary fashion designers of the likes of Giorgio Armani and Calvin Klein and lived most of his life traveling between New York, Milan, Barcelona, Munich, Madrid, Tokyo, and more.
After years of living this life, it all started to become the same…meaning the countries, the traveling, the nightclubs, the jobs. And he wanted to do more and be more proactive. He decided to completely stop modeling and move to New York to go to acting school at the prestigious Circle In The Square Theatre School.
Jason shifted his focus from modeling to learning the art of acting on stage, TV, and film. During that time Jason was a waiter, bartender, doorman, and caterer in NYC and he says he was not good at any of those jobs. Then he stepped into the world of selling.
He started his career at Hilton Hotels in New York City on 54th and 6th avenue. In Hilton Hotel’s first-ever urban timeshare division. There, Jason had excellent mentorship and was exposed to the Fortune 500 sales process of closing sales in the first meeting If you did not close your sale in the first meeting you never saw this client again. Each sale was $25K-150K all done in approximately 90 minutes. Jason excelled and soon was promoted to sales manager and was responsible for a small team of salespeople at the Hilton in NYC. Then, he was promoted to interim director of training at a $120 million-a-year sales site. Next, he was project director, for Starwood Hotels largest vacation ownership resort in the world, and finally, he became vice president of sales responsible for $50M of sales per year
Global Success
While working there, he set company records at some of the largest and highest-profile timeshare resorts in the world: NYC; South Beach; Honolulu; Australia; Williamsburg, Virginia; Orlando with Starwood Hotels vacation ownership; Hilton Grand Vacations; and Diamond Resorts.
And, he was personally responsible for over $50 million a year in TODAY ONLY sales, which means EVERY ONE of those sales was made during the first visit.
At this point in time, the word spread in the market, and multiple businesses wanted to hire his consultancy and the Today Only sales formula including a top 10 middle east billionaire whose company was ranked the number one Growth Champion by Forbes in 2017.(That means his company, DAMAC Properties, was the fastest-growing company on the planet in that year.)

Sales had slumped for the company, and the billionaire wanted a sales process that worked and worked fast.
With all the best sales leaders and trainers to choose from, he chose Jason and his sales process to implement across his entire $2 billion-a-year real estate sales company in Dubai.
Jason implemented the Today Only Sales process into REAL ESTATE for the first time and sales improved 200% within 60 days of implementation! Then, he was off to their London sales office, where the team had had only two sales in all of 2018. We sold 10 units for Dubai’s most luxurious properties and had a 24% close rate within 45 days during…Brexit! Imagine what a 150% increase in your business could do for you or someone you know.

Personal Life
Jason Milton lives in Soutbeach Miami, Florida with his Brazilian bride Valeria Charm whom he met on a vacation in Rio de Janeiro, and his 84 yrs old mother Carol Milton.
